Reinstall the Operating System

We provide several operating system options. You can follow the steps in this article to reinstall the operating system of your server.

Note:

• A reinstallation will erase all data of the server, so please make sure you back up your data to your local machine before taking this action.

1. Locate your server

Please log in to the Control Panel with your credentials. Then locate your target server on the these pages.

2. Go to the "Server Management" page

Click the Manage button, followed by the Server Management tab in the left navigation bar.

3. Reinstall the Opertaing System

Scroll down to the OS reinstallation section. Click Reinstall and Confirm.

Then, you are prompted to choose the operating system for your server. Select a preferable one and input the password for connecting to your server. Next, Click Confirm the start the reinstallation.

That's it! you can connect to your server after the reinstallation finishes.
